91md´«Ã½ of Medicine Students Successfully Match to Needed Primary Care Specialties

ATLANTA – March 18, 2016 – Today, 96.7% (55) of 91md´«Ã½ of Medicine (91md´«Ã½) fourth year medical students joined others across the country matching to fill the nation’s leading residency programs. Match Day is an annual rite of passage for medical students from around the United States. 91md´«Ã½ students overwhelmingly matched to primary care specialties (68%), part of 91md´«Ã½â€™s training mission. Faculty, staff, students and families celebrated the achievements of 91md´«Ã½ students in a joyous heartwarming ceremony on the school’s campus.

During the ceremony, students were given personalized letters showing where they matched for residency – specialty training. 91md´«Ã½ students matched to prominent medical centers across the country including but not limited to: , , , , , , , , , , and 91md´«Ã½ of Medicine.
